Order cancellations

Cancellations may be made within 6 hours after placing your order. During sales or major promotions, no cancellations are possible.

Digital files or "instant download files"

Instant download files are available for download as soon as the payment is validated. No refund or cancellation are possible for downloadable files. 

Shipping

Lost orders and damage

All mail and packages are sent by Swiss Post.

All orders are sent with a tracking number and insurance up to 50CHF in case of lost or damaged order. In case of bigger orders, we strongly recommend to choose the signature option to be fully covered.

Sending back and exchange

In case of a damaged or lost order, or any other issues with the shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund or replace the order if there is an obvious trouble with the order (please take all the necessary pictures).

No refund or cancellation are possible for downloadable (printable) files. In case of any trouble, file will be directly sent to your e-mail address.

Late or missing refunds

Repayments are usually made very quickly. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. For credit card company, it also take usually some time before your refund is accepted and officially posted.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded. For a damaged sale product, an exchange is only possible within available stocks.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are obviously defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@linouspots.com.
