Our official production time is 1 to 2 workweeks, but we make a point of being precise AND fast, so that usual production time takes 3 to 5 workdays.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Switzerland with the Swiss post.
As we are selling goods - yes, even if it's "only paper" - we are required to include a tracking number and a customs declaration with every order.
The estimated carriage times according to the Swiss Post are the following:
- Switzerland: 1 to 2 workdays
- Europe: 2 to 5 workdays
- US, Canada, Australia (out of Europe): 5 to 10 workdays.
However, please consider that the carriage time may last until 10-15 workdays particularly for country out of Europe and can also vary because of customs.
VAT Declaration and Customs
Europe and UK
We make it a point of honour to offer quality products and fast, trouble-free delivery. We have therefore a VAT representative for Europe and UK. This allows us to collect VAT when the order is placed and to pay it back to the countries concerned.
Therefore, the orders are already declared at customs. This speeds up border crossings and avoids unpleasant surprise customs clearance.
If an order exceeds €200, it falls outside the scope of standard customs regulations, and customs may impose duties on the shipment upon its entry into the country. If this occurs, the VAT will, of course, be refunded to you upon presentation of proof.
USA - Status 2026
The situation in the U.S. is currently [2026] very volatile. VAT rates change frequently. The current rate - as of May 2026 - is 15% for all shipments to the U.S. In the case of changes to taxation, these will also be reflected in the product prices.
In addition, Swiss Post is required to clear customs before the shipment arrives on U.S. soil, which increases shipping costs.
Rest of the World
All orders are declared according to international shipping laws and can lay under customs clearance.
